The SST Talent Development programme is designed to support the school's Vision, Mission, Values and Goals, which are:

Goals: (a) Life-long learners of Character; (b) Creative Thinkers and Innovators; (c) Collaborative and Independent Problem Solvers; (d) Dynamic Leaders; (e) Active Local and Global Citizens.
I have been involved in the SST Science Talent Development Programme as its co-ordinator since 2012. The programmes that I have organised are classified into 10 types. The colour coding shows how each type of activity supports the 21st Century Skills:
